Pricing

Concura Level 2 Self-Assessment — $7,000 / year. Conduct and document a defensible NIST SP 800-171 Rev 2 self-assessment: MET / NOT MET determinations with basis and pinned evidence across all 320 objectives, your SPRS score under the DoD Assessment Methodology, POA&M and operational plan of action tracking, your own SSP and artifact uploads, the AI assessor interview that drafts your narratives, and the exportable SPRS entry package — with the full Reference Library included.

Concura Enclave Builder — $5,000 / year. Stand up a CMMC L2 ready Microsoft GCC High enclave with the CW Reference Architecture guided build: sequenced phases, downloadable scripts, evidence output at every step, and the evidence-to-SSP pipeline that auto-drafts your narratives — with the full Reference Library included. Microsoft GCC High licensing is not included — quoted separately and billed as a pass-through.

Concura Complete — $10,000 / year. Both products, one subscription — $2,000 less than buying both separately. Microsoft GCC High licensing is not included — quoted separately and billed as a pass-through.

Enclave Builder Setup Assistance — $7,500 one-time. Optional hands-on help standing up your enclave — 30 hours at a discounted $250/hr, for Enclave Builder subscribers. Talk to us about setup.

Concura Consulting — $300 / hour. Direct senior-assessor time, available to active subscribers, prepaid via Stripe.

Important — use the same email everywhere

Your access is tied to your email address. To avoid being locked out after payment:

1. Use the same email at Stripe checkout that you use to sign in to Concura.
2. After payment completes, return to concura.ai/dashboard/ and sign in with that same email.

If the emails don't match, the paywall won't recognize your subscription. If this happens, email support@concura.ai with your Stripe receipt and we'll reconcile the accounts manually.

Product-specific tools — the determination workspace, SPRS scoring, and POA&M for Self-Assessment; the guided build and evidence-to-SSP pipeline for Enclave Builder — activate based on which product you subscribe to. Adding the other product later takes one checkout with the same email.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime. From your subscription confirmation email, click "Manage your subscription" to open the Stripe customer portal. Cancel with one click. Annual subscriptions are billed in advance; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current term. No pro-rated refund is issued, but you keep what you've paid for. If you hold both products, cancelling one leaves the other — and your data — unaffected.

Refunds. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once active. If you believe you were billed in error or were charged after a successful cancellation, email support@concura.ai with your Stripe receipt and we'll review case-by-case. We aim to respond within two business days.

Pause. If you need to take a break without losing access entirely, email support@concura.ai. We can sometimes accommodate a short pause without a full cancellation.

Privacy and terms

By subscribing, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect what oauth2-proxy gives us (your authenticated email) and what Stripe gives us (your subscription record). We don't sell or share your information. We don't track your browsing within the site.
